Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Zetta 3D: what you get, what you pay, who owns the output, and where each of us stands if something goes wrong.

The agreement

These terms are a contract between you and Behzadi's Holding B.V., registered in the Netherlands at Vlamingstraat 4, 2712 BZ Zoetermeer, the Netherlands (KvK 74516612, VAT NL859931997B01). They apply when you create an account or use the website, 3D Studio, Game Studio, the developer API or the MCP integrations. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

The Privacy Policy is part of this agreement. It describes how we handle your data, including our use of your content to improve our models, which you should read before uploading anything confidential.

Who can use Zetta 3D

You need to be at least 16 and able to enter into a contract. If you are signing up on behalf of a company, you are confirming you have authority to bind it, and "you" then means that company.

One account per person or organisation. Accounts are not transferable without our agreement.

Accounts and signing in

There are no passwords. You sign in either with a single-use link sent to your email address, or with Google. Both mean that whoever controls your inbox or your Google account controls your Zetta 3D account, so keep them secure and tell us at legal@zetta3d.ai if you think something is wrong.

You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by anyone you give access to and by any API key you issue. We may end sessions or require you to sign in again where there is a security reason to.

Plans, credits and payment

Zetta 3D is a paid product. There is no free tier and no trial. Plans are $7.50, $20, $60 and $225 per month, and each includes an allowance of 3D credits and AI tokens.

3D credits
Generation, retopology, texturing, rigging and the rest of the 3D pipeline are metered in credits, charged at $0.0135 per credit beyond your allowance. What an operation costs depends on what it is.
AI tokens
Language and reasoning usage — brainstorming, agent loops, debugging — is metered in tokens on a weighted meter, because different models cost us different amounts to run.
Three balances
Your monthly allowance, credits you have bought, and any bonus we have granted are tracked separately. The monthly allowance and any bonus expire at the end of each billing period; credits you have purchased do not expire while your account is open. Purchased credits are spent only once the monthly allowance is used up.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancelling stops the next renewal and does not shorten the period you have already paid for.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT. Dutch VAT is added where it applies; business customers elsewhere in the EU with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse-charge procedure. We may change prices with 30 days’ notice, and a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance contracts. Because the service starts immediately, you are asked at checkout to agree that performance begins at once and to acknowledge that you lose that right once it has. Outside that, payments are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise or where we have got something wrong.

If a payment fails we may suspend generation until it clears. We will tell you before anything is deleted.

Your content stays yours

Your prompts, reference images, 3D files and documents remain yours. We claim no ownership of them.

To run and improve the service we need permission to use them, so you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, transmit and process your content in order to deliver Zetta 3D to you, to keep it secure and working, and to train, fine-tune and evaluate the models behind it. That last purpose is described in the Privacy Policy, and you can object to it there.

The licence otherwise ends when you delete the content, subject to backup rotation. A model already shaped by your content cannot be unshaped, which is why the objection is worth making before you upload rather than after.

You are confirming that you have the rights to what you upload. Do not upload someone else’s model, scan, photograph, logo or character and ask us to derive from it unless you are entitled to.

What you get out

Subject to paying for it and following these terms, the assets Zetta 3D generates for you are yours to use, including commercially, on every plan. We do not take a cut of what you make and we do not restrict it by industry.

Three honest limits on that, because the alternative is a promise we cannot keep:

  • Generative output is not exclusive. A similar prompt from someone else can produce a similar result, and we cannot promise otherwise.
  • Whether AI-generated work attracts copyright — and who would hold it — differs between jurisdictions and is still moving. We are not making a claim about that on your behalf.
  • We cannot guarantee that output is free of third-party rights, particularly where your own input carried them in. Check before you ship something that matters.

We will not use your work in our marketing without asking you first.

Acceptable use

Do not use Zetta 3D to:

  • Infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
  • Produce sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises real people without their consent. This is the one line where we will terminate without warning and report.
  • Create material that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or that incites violence or hatred.
  • Generate functional designs for weapons, or anything intended to cause physical harm.
  • Impersonate a real person or organisation, or produce deceptive likenesses of them.
  • Circumvent the credit or token meter, share or resell raw model access, or put Zetta 3D behind your own product as an undisclosed generation backend.
  • Reverse-engineer the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or scrape it.
  • Overload the platform, exceed the rate limits, or run automated volume outside the documented API.
  • Upload malware, or use the file pipeline as a route to deliver it.

Security research is welcome if you tell us first. Write to legal@zetta3d.ai and we will not pursue good-faith testing agreed in advance.

Integrations and third-party tools

Zetta 3D connects to Blender, Unity, Unreal Engine, Godot and MCP clients. Those are other companies’ products, governed by their own terms and licences, and we do not control them. An integration breaking because a vendor changed something is not a failure of this agreement, though we will do what we reasonably can.

What you export into those tools is then yours to manage. Removing an asset from Zetta 3D does not reach into your Blender file.

API and MCP access

API keys are credentials. Keep them secret, do not commit them to a repository, and rotate them if they leak — usage on your key is billed to you.

Stay inside the published rate limits. We may throttle or suspend a key that threatens the platform’s stability, and we will tell you why. We may change the API, and where a change is breaking we will give 90 days’ notice.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Zetta 3D available and fast, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime figure and there is no service level agreement unless we have signed one with you separately. Maintenance, model-provider outages and capacity limits can all interrupt generation.

The product changes. We add features, retire ones nobody uses, and swap models for better ones. Anything labelled beta or experimental may be unstable, may change without notice and may be withdrawn. Where we retire something you rely on, we will give reasonable notice.

Suspension and termination

You can stop at any time: cancel the subscription, or delete the account outright. Deleting is permanent and takes your assets with it, so export first.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is not paying, or that we are legally required to act on. Except where the breach is serious — the line above about minors, or an active attack on the platform — we will warn you and give you a chance to put it right.

After cancellation your assets stay available for 30 days so you can retrieve them, and may be deleted after that. Unused credits are not refunded. An account with no subscription and no activity for 12 months may be closed, after we have emailed you about it.

Disclaimers

Zetta 3D is provided as it is. Beyond what Dutch law requires us to provide, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that generated output will be accurate, suitable for a particular purpose or production-ready without your review, or that any specific result will be achievable from any specific prompt.

Generative systems produce unpredictable output. Inspect what comes out before you put it in front of customers, into a shipped game, or into anything where a mistake is expensive. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by this section.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue, lost goodwill, or lost or corrupted data arising from this agreement. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for intent or wilful recklessness, or for anything else Dutch law does not permit us to exclude. Consumers keep their statutory rights in full.

Indemnity

If someone brings a claim against us because of what you uploaded, what you generated, or how you used the service in breach of these terms, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and legal costs. We will tell you promptly, let you take charge of the defence where that is sensible, and not settle without asking you.

Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed by Dutch law, and disputes go to the competent courts of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to bring proceedings in the country where you live, and the mandatory consumer protections of that country still apply to you.

Before going to court, please write to legal@zetta3d.ai. Most things are faster to fix that way.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will email account holders at least 30 days beforehand and update the date at the top. If you do not accept a change, cancel before it takes effect; continuing to use Zetta 3D after that means you accept it.

The rest

  • If a clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the unenforceable part is read down to what the law does allow.
  • Not enforcing something immediately does not mean we have given it up.
  • You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business.
  • These terms, the Privacy Policy, and anything else we have agreed in writing are the whole agreement between us.
